Due to feedback from tenants we have changed the processing company for our applications to simplify the process, and for a more mobile friendly application. Most applicants complete the application in 10 minutes or less. This is the process for our applications:
- Determine what property you are most interested in, and navigate to that property. A link to the application is on each page, and your application can be easily transferred to another one of our properties in the event that you change your mind and are more interested in another property.
- For expedited processing please upload a copy of your drivers license and last 4 weeks paystubs.
- We will process the information as quickly as possible, generally in 24 hours or less.
- Once your application has been processed we will be back in touch with you to inform you of the outcome. If it has been more than 24 hours you’re welcome to contact the property manager you have been dealing with to ask for an update on the status of your application.
Let your property manager know if you have any questions prior to filling out the application. If you have any concerns about minimum qualifications please contact your property manager prior to completing the application. Applications are processed as they are received, we usually suggest waiting until you’re ready and able to pay a deposit to hold the unit prior to filling out the application.
